We are a passionate community dedicated to fighting to save The American Academy of Dramatic Arts starting with reversing the decision to close the Los Angeles campus. As alumni, faculty, parents, and performing arts enthusiasts, we believe in the transformative power of AADA and are committed to ensuring that it continues to thrive for generations to come.
AADA Los Angeles has become a cornerstone in dramatic arts education, reaching aspiring actors and performers worldwide. Its impact extends far beyond its walls, shaping the careers of countless individuals across the global entertainment and performing arts industries.
Alumni from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts- Los Angeles have achieved remarkable acclaim, garnering an astonishing 106 Oscar nominations, 283 Emmy nominations, and 90 Tony nominations. From actors, writers, and directors to set designers, stagehands, and agents, AADA graduates touch every corner of the performing arts landscape, showcasing the school's global reach and enduring influence.
Our goal is to reverse the decision of Academy leadership to close the AADA Los Angeles campus, replace Academy leadership, and establish long-standing support, resources, and opportunities for current and future generations of aspiring actors and performers worldwide.
